METRO St John’s Landfill Gas Flare and Blower Replacement ITB 3375 Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby inviting sealed bids St John’s Landfill Gas Flare and Blower Replacement. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., September 12, 2017 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3375. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. The scope of work includes providing and installing one new flare and two new blowers at the St. John’s Landfill site. Scope also includes removal of 3 existing flares, blowers, and associated utilities and piping. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on August 22, 2017, at 10:00 a.m at the St John’s Landfill at 9363 North Columbia Blvd., Portland, OR 97203. Interested sub-contractors are also invited.
